"...Are you being stalked by a number, ... Not just any number, but the number 11? If you are, then you are experiencing the strange 11:11 phenomenon. It is one that defies all logic. Everyday, millions of people are mysteriously propelled to look at the time at exactly 11 minutes past the hour (of 11). And the numbers show up wherever they go."

The quote above seems to sum it up in one. Quite frankly when an increasing number of us check the time, look at a digital clock and it shows the time as 11:11 with a way above expected/average number of 'sightings' or manifestations even in a single week... what can you think? A sceptic may say that 11:11 can only appear so frequently because 'the clock' had stopped at that time so you would inevitably see it numerous times... But then if it had, wouldn't that make you think why did it stop at THAT time... 11:11? it also seems to happen in phases.

So hands up! How many of you, of US are there that see 11:11??? This appears to be affecting a growing number of people, but there are differing beliefs as to what it means to us (or indeed if it means anything at all...) or why - yet, there it is, against all probability and logic. You look at the time and it happens to be 11:11... again. Coincidence? Oh you think? Read on and eat some exotic food for thought...

According to some, the '11:11' number is seen as a symbol consisting of two sets of parallel lines rather than as numerical digits which are linked in some way and where recognition of which has been 'programmed' into our DNA, or our ''racial' or 'genetic memory' whilst also 'moving into higher frequency of consciousness' and perhaps spirituality. Many feel that these two sets of parallel lines are linked in a similar way to each other as are strands of our own DNA - but does this actually make it a map of our DNA?. Perhaps this is why the number 11 now represents the 'spiralling twin strands' of human DNA. Others believe that the significance of 11:11 could be more connected with a numeric symbol of the Universe, which is believed to have eleven dimensions. Amongst these theorists are those who feel that this symbol is actually a map of sorts of our own universe linking with another parallel (spiritual?) universe with the exact same number of dimensions...

Now that you have let out that long overdue gasp, it is thought that these two universes are linked by a gateway (like the links in the DNA stands for instance, or the dots on a digital display), and this is a message of recognition that has been been 'programmed' for some as yet unknown reason into the double helix of our DNA for us to 'recognise' at some point - but to what end? What IS the message, the programming about?

WAKE UP!!!
Having already been viewed as a coded message, 11:11 has been referred to as a 'Digital Time' or 'Wake-up Code'. As 11:11 continues to be recognised unconsciously by being seen on digital clocks and watches and other media giving rise to that same symbol, it is oft believed to be a manifestation of a key to unlock something in the subconscious mind and our genetic encoded memories... Call it a spiritual alarm clock, if you like, that's been programmed into our DNA so that at a certain time, this code is triggered and something 'awakens' in the mind, body or spirit... Results? A renewed spiritual awareness, new consciousness or possibly, and at long last, an enlightened one? I know that since I have been experiencing this phenomenon over the last decade or so, my own attitudes and approaches have definitely been changing and evolving, and I think for the better. I am certainly becoming more aware of 'certain things' and perhaps changes in the world order. Some would surmise that this message is indeed a wake up call or a reminder that that we are on notice here, and should acknowledge that we are actually more spiritual in our make up whilst having a physical experience, and not the other way around. Maybe we should be mindful of this. 11:11 is some kind of a 'fail safe' message that is triggering a response. A 'wake up call' that returns us to our 'original objective' and to follow it's path.

Biblical references and connections with this number and the second coming of Christ notwithstanding, again we come back to a programmed alarm call in our make-up. Whatever the reasons or effects, 'Rumour Control' believes that 11:11 heralds evolution and changes in the conscious (and unconscious) mind, and it's world wide. It's worth noting that 11:11 is also significant in the Mayan calendar where the date 21-12- 2012 (Universal time) marks the 'end time' on or at, you guessed it... 11:11 (incidentally, the Winter Solstice for 2012 falls on December 21 at... 11:11). However, this is not to say that there is some kind of cataclysmic or cosmic catastrophe around the corner that's about the physical end of life on this planet - quite the contrary. Ideas are steering more towards is a 'renewal of consciousness'; a 'new beginning', 'enlightenment' and the end of attitudes as we know them (corporate greed for one going out of the window??? we can but hope!). Once more we come to the (programmed) 'awakening' of consciousness' and the final unlocking of the universal DNA codes... Is ET about to have his phone number revealed so we can at last 'phone home'???

Whatever your belief or perspective, 11:11 should be welcomed (not feared) as a wake up call that becomes a message of hope from those who seeded this world, with a golden age emerging as the Ancients had foretold...
