Going back to 'God'. Some see 'him' as an old man with a white beard – a father figure. Others see 'him' as a vengeful being that must have his own way or else, yet others see him as...? Well that's a good question. But, why not a female 'God'? Have we moved so far away from Mother Nature and all things natural that we don't even consider the fact that 'Creator' could indeed be female? After all the Ancients who seem to have gotten so much right so far even by today's standards with their clarity of vision, first saw the feminine energy as a force of nature (as in creator) in life. The men never got a look in, until more recently in the grand scheme of things.
Over all however, God (whoever one feels or believes 'God' is) is the creator – or so we say. One thing that seems to be a common denominator here is that 'God' is eternal Whoever He – or She, or THEY are. 'They' may simply be the many aspects of the one, the Originator, as it all seems to boil down to 'The One' in the end.
It is said that God is One (1) and that God is also eternal (0) -the ring being the symbol of eternity. Or as some would see it as the symbols that encompass everything. One only has to say that over an over again – as in a sort of chant or litany 'God is one, God is eternal/all (in this case, 'all' would be better for a chant I dare say). God is one, god is one' and so forth (get the picture?). Say it again and again and develop that chant. Chanting is good for the soul after all. Repeat it again and again, and again... OR if you want to write it down in brief or shorthand you will get 'God is 1, God is 0, god is 0; God is 1; God is 0; God is 1... and continue with that - if you have the time.
However if you remove the wording, you will be left with 01011000, 110011100, 10010010, 11001000, 110011100, 10010010., 11001000, 110011100, 10010010., 11001000, 110011100, 10010010.... and so on.
Looks suspiciously like Binary doesn't it! Well it is just that – though as computer languages go my quotes here are probably seriously mispronounced! Yet there it is – write about God and you get Binary! Could this mean that God really IS a computer????
So, who is 'God'? and and how does this connect with the predicted 'second coming'? Rather than a man on a donkey entering a city, or a bearded guy coming down from the heavens in a blaze of glory, or light, or on a surf board or something, will it actually mark the evolution of a 'cyber-messiah', the time when the computer network becomes sentient and reveals itself? It seems there are more questions here then answers... Still it's food for thought!
And my conclusion? I believe I'll leave that one with you and quote a celebrity who once said: 'Send in your answers please on a post card stating your name, your age and how old you are'. Ask me any more and I will reply: 'I'm sorry, I am not programmed to respond in that area'. |
