Now You See Us, Now You Don't... or DO you?     

Just what ARE Orbs? opinions vary - here are just wo points of view...

"What are orbs? I do not know. Some say that they are flecks of dust, reflections, energy balls or soul lights as in souls yet to be born or those who have visited the earth plane, or that they could even be interdimentional beings...

I came across ‘orbs’ in photographs taken during a trip to Egypt in 2007. Some were taken in an underground chamber, others outdoors and some in the king’s chamber in the Great Pyramid (Gizeh).

I found that pictures taken by different people at the same time of the same image quite often revealed that some photos had picked up ‘orbs’ where others had not

Whilst I can accept the explanation of dust reflecting the flash to a degree, this does not seem to apply to the king’s chamber, nor does it explain the different structures within different orbs.

Perhaps next time you trawl through your photographs you might come across something you had not noticed before or might have thought were faults on the pictures."

Fact or fiction, flight of fancy or something that's'really 'out there'?  Opinions Vary, yet many of us seem to think the same things.

Could these images simply be of diffuse flecks of dust caught in a flash (i.e. 'backscatter') where the orb can result from reflection of light off solid particles (e.g., dust, pollen), liquid particles (water droplets - especially rain) or other foreign material within the view of the camera lens....  or could they be something else? Who can say as opinions vary...

Orb backscatter has been interpreted as a broad and highly variable range of otherwise invisible spirits, auras, angels, ghosts, energy fields, psychoenergetic artifacts, energy balls or other paranormal phenomenon -- and hence beyond scientific explanation.

Watch this space long enough and you may just see them move!!!  and as for the Orbs around Stonehenge?   - look carefully... they'e elusive little blighters!

As you have read (and seen), some people's cameras have caught orbs, and some haven't... is this due the lens structure, or is it something else..
Undentified and flying Objects...???

Unfortunately, all I can do is argue as to why these images are NOT backscatter or reflecting dust particles (or similar). As Karin pointed out above, no rational explanation exists for this phenomenon, yet here it is and here 'they' are!. The rest is for you to decide...

What is the unexplained 'blob' in the air at the summer solstice at Avebury. This picture (2nd row, 1st left) is as it was first taken... At first I thought it was a 'flaw' on the film, only this pik was digital! There's been no 'fudging' here.

Also, there was no discernable reason for this 'thing' at time of taking, the air was damp, not dusty and it's worth noting that it was one on its own... and now its one of life's odditties...    What could have made such an 'impression' on the sensor? The only thing I can think of is some kind of energy source. which is what Orbs may well as be. That, or 'interdimensional beings', spirits, souls...? who knows? with no concrete 'proof' of anything here it is anybody's guess... opinion... belief...

Now, looking at this apparition in the night time festival pix: Could this be the same 'Unidentified Flying Orb-ject' seen in the last couple of pictures? Interesting that, but before you go and say that its a diffuse speck of dust etc. ask your self this... WHY is there only ONE present????  and its NOT lens flare.. wrong conditions, angles etc...   next to this pik is another of this strange guest to the Summer Solstice celebrations at Avebury, UK...

So, after all this conjecture, is the conclusion any closer? We seem to be back to square one. What are Orbs? where do they come from? Other than that, with no conclusive ANYTHING on this phenomenon, it can only remain one of life's Great Mysteries...

You see them here... you see them there, soon you'll see Orbs everwhere! Above (1st row 2nd Left) you can see me with 'friend' (orange looking ball object floating above me) during a lull in activities at a festival.  Oh, that's right, its the WRONG shape for a rain drop or back scatter from any falling rain especially as the rain had stopped by then. It was too wet for dust and certain nasty flying buitey things were noticed by their absence.

You can see me with a.. erm.. 'friend' - friendly Orb that is*. (2nd row - 2nd left). Backscatter from water droplets?? I dont think so and once again i have to ask:- why would there be only ONE or two showing?
