The Hanged Man here refers to life Life being at a standstill, or put on hold. The ticking of the clock is slow and you must wait and see what transpires. There are however, delays in the inevitable. It is a time to be patient. The hanged and also reveals that it is a time for  giving up of old ways and issues. There is a need to make personal sacrifices to further a cause. It represents a turning point in life.
