Here we have the
traditional Celtic Cross spread. Every reader has their own
variation of this spread, and in this case, where a 'Significator'
(1st card) would be chosen to represent the querent, I have gone
straight into the reading with the first card drawn to represent
the question or situation.
To see how the Tarot
cards are spread, please click on the icon like the one shown here
to the left and watch the cards in motion. If you need to see
this again, click on the icon to clear the board, and again to watch
the cards be spread.

The first card represents the situation in general.
The second card shows us more about the situation
and which direction it is going.
The third card shows us the
obstacles, if any that are in the way. If it is a favourable card, then
the obstacles are minimal.
The fourth card
is what crowns you. It is a future influence and what is soon to be.
The fifth card
is what is below you. It shows a passing influence and the basis of the
matter.
The sixth card is what is behind you and shows a passed influence.
The seventh card is what is before you and
indicates near future happenings and influences.
The eighth card
represents the influences governing, and what will directly affect the self,
The ninth represents similar, but where the
'home/domain' is concerned.
The tenth card represents our hopes and fears,
but also the best that can be achieved under the current circumstances.
The eleventh card shows us the eventual outcome
of the matter. Though this may not always be conclusive, it will show us
the way we should be going in.
